Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18 in India, parental consent is required under the DPDP Act 2023.

You must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13–17 require parental or guardian consent. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

Register via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits. Notify support@curry.studio of unauthorised access immediately.

CurryStudio uses an agentic AI architecture. Your Prompt may be routed through Anthropic, OpenAI, and/or Google — individually or in combination — to generate the best output. You consent to this multi-provider processing by using the Service.

Credits are consumed based on the complexity of your request. Simple explanations use fewer credits than multi-model agentic tasks. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid 3–6 months.

AI Output is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You must not represent AI Output as your own original human-authored work where prohibited.

You must not use CurryStudio to generate: CSAM, content inciting violence or terrorism, hate speech, disinformation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or weapons of mass destruction instructions. You must not jailbreak, scrape, automate abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell access. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

CurryStudio and its brand are the exclusive property of AI for Good. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use. You retain ownership of your Prompts and grant us a licence to process them to provide the Service.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. GST applies for Indian users. Prices displayed in USD. We provide 30 days notice of price changes.

By using CurryStudio you agree to comply with the usage policies of Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Payments via Razorpay are subject to their terms.

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your prompts are sent to Third-Party AI Providers. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts. Exercise data rights via our Data Request Form.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI for Good disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

AI for Good's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to defend and hold harmless AI for Good from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your reliance on AI Output.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, legal obligation, or fraud — without prior notice. You may delete your account from Settings. Sections 6, 8, 12–15, and 17 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh. Contact support@curry.studio to resolve informally first. Consumer Forum rights preserved under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Material changes notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
