Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

You must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13-17 require parental or guardian consent. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

Register via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits. Notify support@curry.studio of unauthorised access immediately.

CurryStudio uses an agentic AI architecture. Your Prompt may be routed through Anthropic, OpenAI, and/or Google individually or in combination to generate the best output. You consent to this multi-provider processing by using the Service.

Credits are consumed based on the complexity of your request. Simple explanations use fewer credits than multi-model agentic tasks. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid 3-6 months.

AI Output is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You must not represent AI Output as your own original human-authored work where prohibited.

You must not use CurryStudio to generate: CSAM, content inciting violence or terrorism, hate speech, disinformation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or weapons of mass destruction instructions. You must not jailbreak, scrape, automate abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell access. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

CurryStudio and its brand are the exclusive property of Curry Labs AI, Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use. You retain ownership of your Prompts and grant us a licence to process them to provide the Service.

CurryStudio does not claim ownership of the outputs you generate using the Service. As between you and CurryStudio, you retain any rights you may have in your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs, subject to applicable law, these Terms, third-party rights, and any third-party AI provider terms.

If you generate content using a Free Plan, you grant CurryStudio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, promote, and otherwise use such outputs for operating, improving, training, evaluating, securing, marketing, and promoting CurryStudio and related services.

This licence includes the right for CurryStudio to share Free Plan outputs on websites, social media, product showcases, pitch materials, advertisements, demos, research, case studies, and other promotional or product-improvement contexts.

CurryStudio may use Free Plan outputs with or without attribution to you, including your name, username, display name, handle, or profile information, where available. We may also use Free Plan outputs without identifying you.

You should not use the Free Plan to generate confidential, sensitive, personal, proprietary, or third-party content that you do not want CurryStudio to use as described above.

For outputs generated under a Paid Plan, CurryStudio grants you commercial-use rights to publish, sell, distribute, display, and monetize those outputs, subject to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, third-party provider terms, and third-party rights.

CurryStudio will not use private Paid Plan outputs in public marketing or promotional materials without your permission.

However, if you choose to make a Paid Plan output public, shareable, discoverable, published, or "view by anyone," you grant CurryStudio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, embed, repost, share, promote, and feature that public output in connection with CurryStudio and related services, including on websites, social media, newsletters, product showcases, demos, advertisements, and pitch materials.

Where reasonably practical, CurryStudio may attribute public Paid Plan outputs to your display name, username, handle, profile, or organization name. CurryStudio may also share or use public Paid Plan outputs without attribution, including in aggregated, cropped, edited, anonymized, or de-identified formats.

You grant CurryStudio permission to use Free Plan outputs and public/shared outputs to improve the Service, including for quality evaluation, safety testing, moderation, analytics, personalisation, dataset creation, model training, model fine-tuning, and product research.

Private Paid Plan outputs will not be used for public promotion. CurryStudio may use private Paid Plan outputs for limited operational purposes necessary to provide, secure, debug, and support the Service, unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise or school agreement.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Prices displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. We provide 30 days notice of price changes.

By using CurryStudio you agree to comply with the usage policies of Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Payments via Razorpay are subject to their terms.

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your prompts are sent to Third-Party AI Providers. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts. Exercise data rights via our Data Request Form.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curry Labs AI, Inc. disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

Curry Labs AI, Inc.'s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Curry Labs AI, Inc. from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your reliance on AI Output.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, legal obligation, or fraud - without prior notice. You may delete your account from Settings. Sections 6, 8, 12-15, and 17 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. Contact support@curry.studio to resolve informally first.

Material changes notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
