Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, in line with industry standard for AI platforms. The only exceptions are: EU/UK/Turkey residents within 14 days of their first subscription; verifiable billing errors or duplicate charges; and service outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours. Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased.
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to AI for Good for CurryStudio subscriptions, top-up credits, and any other paid products or features. By making a payment, you agree to this Policy.
Our Approach
CurryStudio is an AI-powered platform. Like all major AI subscription services — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity — we operate on a no-refund basis by default. This reflects the nature of digital services where value is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned."
We believe this is fair and transparent. We offer a generous free tier so you can evaluate CurryStudio before upgrading, and we publish all plan details clearly on our Pricing page before any payment is made.
Where the law grants you specific refund rights — particularly in the EU, UK, and Turkey — we fully honour those rights without exception.
Eligible Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- You are a resident of the EU, UK, or Turkey and you are within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have not accessed or used the paid features (statutory withdrawal right)
- You were charged twice for the same subscription in the same billing period (duplicate charge)
- You were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our part
- The Service was materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period — in which case you receive a pro-rated credit for the affected period
- A technical error on our platform caused your payment to be processed when it should not have been
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and applicable Turkish law, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the first payment ("cooling-off period"), provided you have not begun using the service. By clicking "Upgrade" and accessing paid features, you expressly acknowledge that you consent to immediate performance and waive the right of withdrawal.
If you have not accessed any paid features, you may still exercise this right within 14 days by emailing support@curry.studio.
Non-Refundable Payments
- Subscription payments after the eligible refund window has passed
- Partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the period but no partial refund is issued
- Payments where the service was accessed and used during the billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, accuracy, or style
- Changing your mind after purchase outside the applicable window
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing & Plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until then.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period, except where explicitly eligible under Section 2 above.
Top-Up Credits
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances once the payment is processed and credits are added to your account. Credits are consumed based on complexity of requests and are non-transferable.
Top-up credits are valid for 3–6 months from the purchase date (as specified at time of purchase). Expired credits are not refunded. We will send an email reminder before your top-up credits expire.
EU, UK & Turkey — Consumer Rights
This Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. The mandatory rights below cannot be waived by contract and apply regardless of any other provision in this Policy:

To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, contact us at support@curry.studio within the applicable period. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund of the erroneous charge. Include your account email, the transaction date, and the amount in your message.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve billing errors promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible scenario:
- Email support@curry.studio with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address, the transaction date, the invoice number (from your Invoices page), and the reason for your request
- If invoking a statutory right (EU/UK/Turkey), please state the legal basis
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 14 days

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
